The Heron range comes in three different versions. The design and fit is identical. What sets them apart are the lenses, and the activities they are best suited for.
Heron Mountain: Cat. 3 - Hiking, climbing, ski touring, general outdoor
Heron Glacier: Cat. 4, mirrored - Alpine mountaineering, ski touring, glacier expeditions
Heron Ocean: Cat. 3, polarized - Fishing, sailing, kayaking, general outdoor

Protective side shields
Inspired by classic alpine design, Heron Glacier feature leather side shields and a detachable centerpiece to block out sunlight and protect against glare, dust, and wind.
OPTICS
Ultraclear Cat. 4 lenses
The brown tint is optimal for snow as the warm perception enhances contrasts, while anti-fog coating prevents condensation during long ascents. The ultraclear Cat. 4 lenses have a 6% VLT which reduces eyestrain and provide all-day comfort. The lenses have been cut from 2 mm polycarbonate and are shatterproof for maximized safety.
MATERIALS
Adjustable temples
The frame is made from Swiss-invented TR90® polyamide and is incredibly lightweight yet durable. Our fully adjustable and unique temples can be shaped around your ears entirely to your liking, allowing maximum comfort for long days in high alpine territory.
PACKAGING
Protective case
Heron Glacier comes protected in a stylish faux leather protective case along with a cleaning cloth. They are delivered plastic free in our VALLON box.

Love my new Vallons!!
I found my new Heron Galciers to be great.... very comfortable.... the adjustable temples give me s snug, secure fit without being overly tight, and the demisting does actually work (first time ever for me I think)!!! Love them!!!
Uniqueness with the lenses
Never before have I had such unique and special glasses, living in the mountains they protect my eyes from the sun's rays perfectly while also dressing me up, I mean, they add something plus to my outfit. i would recommend to everyone!
Great Glasses - Just as Advertised
